About the role

As an Account Manager at Aixia, you will be part of a winning team and a key player in the company’s continued growth strategy. In your work, you will strategically develop both existing and new accounts.

You will work with Aixia’s operations consultants who will provide you with proper technical support. You will also be involved in creating and driving marketing activities, be responsible for quotation and contract management linked to sales, have a close dialogue with consultants at customer sites, be responsible for account management throughout Aixia and be an ambassador for Aixia’s values.

We are looking for

We are looking for you with a few years of experience in service and product sales in the IT industry (B2B). You are a person who values long-term partnerships and is prepared to put in the time and commitment required to succeed.

You have a mind for business, human relations, are structured, goal-oriented and have an interest in digitalisation. You are also a forward-thinking person with a humble attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

A post-secondary education related to IT or economics and a good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is a requirement for the role. We expect you to have a passionate interest in technology in general and IT services and infrastructure in particular.

AI/Deep Learning platforms data centre, security, management, hosting, networking & communications and backup/DR. The company provides services in three business areas; IT operations, IT consultants and IT products and currently has around 60 customers across several different industries, of which the company is a full partner in the delivery of IT support to 30 customers.

The consultants at Aixia are experts in their respective fields of expertise, such as AI infrastructure, storage, cloud, security, networks and backup. Today Aixia employs more than 30 people, the vast majority of whom are consultants and technicians.
