Our social responsibility project
In 2012, Aixia staff decided to get involved in some kind of social project. The project is based on a simple methodology.
- All employees jointly reduce their gross salary by 100 SEK each month
- Aixia as a company allocates the corresponding amount.
- Employees come up with suggestions on where the money should be donated and how much. Based on these proposals, the employees make a decision. The aim is to donate money 2-4 times a year.
- The basic attitude is that the money should go to social projects that support children and young people in our local area.
Information and follow-up of the projects are communicated on Aixia’s social platforms. Marketing is responsible for this communication.
