We at CGit are pleased to introduce and welcome our first Service Delivery Manager Ellen Reinhardt to CGit. She comes most recently from Knowit Insight West where she held the role of management consultant. There she did assignments at Polestar, including the role of Business Operational Lead for the launch of their Referral Program. Before that, Ellen worked at Cygate as a Service Manager.
A little bit about you, who is Ellen?
I am a person who, after my education, accidentally slipped into the IT industry via a graduate program and then got stuck. I am fascinated by how important good and secure IT solutions are for businesses today. I’m not that technology-focused, I’m more interested in the users and how the solutions are perceived. I love to talk and am happy to share my thoughts and ideas, while understanding the importance of listening. Now I’m looking forward to the role of Service Delivery Manager here at CGit, hope to see you there!
